SAFETY POLICY

Customers safety is of the upmost importance to us at Mint Warehouse. We have a zero tolerance to any violence or harassment in the venue and take all incidents very seriously. Key members of our security team wear body-cams and we have full CCTV coverage around the venue. If for whatever reason you feel unsafe or uncomfortable please report it right away to either security or bar staff.

4 —- Safety & Security

SPIKING

Upon entry, all customers are thoroughly searched with no liquids being allowed into the venue. We have free lids available on the bars. All reports of spiking are taken very seriously. After reported to our staff, we will take any suspicious drinks for evidence as well as reporting to the police. Our first aid trained staff will assess each report on a case-by-case basis to make sure adequate care is delivered. Anyone caught spiking will be immediately dealt with and banned from the venue.

5 —- Safety & Security

COVID 19

We are following the government guidance at the moment. As it stands, nightclubs will not be required by law to enforce social distancing, mask wearing or proof of vaccine passports for customers.It isn’t essential to show us at the moment but we highly advise people to do lateral flow tests before coming and if you have tested positive, have symptoms or have been told to isolate do not come to the club.If it makes you feel comfortable to wear a mask please feel free to wear one.We will be doing temperature checks on entrance and sanitisers will be available around the club.We will be monitoring any changes in guidance and may change policy in future if required.

Yes Mint Warehouse operates a Cash & Card system.

There aren’t any cash machines on site.

LOST PROPERTY

Customers can come and check lost property for any missing items 1 hour before we open any Mint Warehouse events. We are unable to check or locate any items via email or phone call.

DRESS CODE

Casual dress code:
- Jeans, cargos and non-sport shorts are acceptable.
- NO gym wear including: day glow wear, full tracksuits, 2 piece gym sets.
- NO caps or other hats
- NO thick chains gold/silver (jewellery)

13 —- Tickets

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

No you don’t have to print your ticket you can just show the barcode on your phone. Please make sure you charge your phone before setting off.We can not let you in if your phone has died and you can’t show your ticket.

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU ONLY BUY TICKETS FROM THE OFFICIAL OUTLETS BELOW AS WELL AS OUR OFFICIAL PAPER TICKET SELLERS.

Mint Warehouse will not be responsible for any fake tickets, please report to us anyone who may have been selling fake online tickets.*Fake tickets will be refused entry on the day*

14 —- Tickets

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET YET?

Please allow a few hours for the tickets to be emailed to you. If you still haven’t received it then contact the ticket company from where you originally purchased the ticket from. If you purchased it from our official website please contact See Tickets.

15 —- Tickets

CAN I PAY ON THE DAY

Most of our events sell out before the day of the event. There may be some limited space on the door but it will be more expensive than advance online sales. We strongly advise you to pay in advance.
