MY RECORD BAG: NOLGA
Nolga enters with 5 tracks from his record bag. Following a host of releases on Pathway traxx, Rubisco, Hoarder and Aesthetic to name a few… the talented DJ & Producer isn’t short of support with the likes of Arapu, Archie Hamilton , SIT and Fuse label boss Enzo Siragusa providing regular plays!
We’re expecting to hear a lot more from Nolga when things resume back to normal.
Over to Nolga…
Len Lewis – Just Do It
A new acquisition into my bag is this tidy EP from Len Lewis. A peak time banger with a naughty low end groove.
Omni A.M. & Casey Hogan – In My Time Of Flying
Any of Omni A.M.’s records are usually buy on sight, with this one being no exception. An infectious baseline & groove which really grab the attention of the listener.
Access – New Agenda
A timeless slice of deep house, with west coast hiphop’y synths piercing throughout. Perfect for after-hours.
Shawn Rudiman – Umbilicus
One that’s not left the bag for sometime. The composition & use of synthesis are second to none. Sounds amazing on a big system.
Succulent – Beads
I grabbed this one from one of the bargain bins at Tribe Records in Leeds, Works on the dance floor everytime. Driving sub & face melting synths.
