LOST PROPERTY

Lost property can be collected ONLY 1 hour before any of our events open at our clubs. You can check events on our website www.mintleeds.com or our fanpages in the events section. Please try to take care of your belongings at any future events here.

DRESS CODE

Dress code – No full tracksuits, no tracksuit bottoms, walking pants, (tracksuit top worn with jeans/ shorts is acceptable) no man bags, (Bum bags are ok) no bags bigger than A4 size, no camel packs. no chavvy hats

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

No you don’t have to print your ticket you can just show the barcode on your phone. Please make sure you charge your phone before setting off. We can not let you in if your phone has died and you can’t show your ticket.

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU ONLY BUY TICKETS FROM THE OFFICIAL OUTLETS BELOW AS WELL AS OUR OFFICIAL PAPER TICKET SELLERS.

Mint Warehouse will not be responsible for any fake tickets, please report to us anyone who may have been selling fake online tickets. *Fake tickets will be refused entry on the day*

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET YET?

Please allow a few hours for the tickets to be emailed to you. If you still haven’t received it then contact the ticket company from where you originally purchased the ticket from. If you purchased it from the Mint Festival website please contact See Tickets”

CAN I PAY ON THE DAY

Most of our events sell out before the day of the event. There may be some limited space on the door but it will be more expensive than advance online sales. We strongly advise you to pay in advance.

WHAT IS THE EXACT ADDRESS OF THE VENUE? MiNT Warehouse, Aquatite House, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 9UD   CAN WE PAY BY CARD IN THE CLUB? Yes Mint Warehouse operates a Cash & Card system   ARE THERE ATM CASH MACHINES ON SITE? There aren’t any cash machines on site, you can get cash back at the cloakroom if needed but we advise you to please bring money with you in advance.
